are separated from the fire by this door and to prevent unauthorized
access.

limit for single-leafed door: EI 30 and EI 60 (30 and 60 minutes
accordingly).
Design
Fire-resistant
door represents a modular construction that consists of whole-bent
leaf and door-frame. The frame is made of steel sheet by the thickness
of 2 mm that is bended into a complex profile: inner cavities are
filled with thermoresistant materials. The frame is a rigid construction
and at the same time it is a platband. Thermoresistant material
is mounted into 2 rows along the perimeter of the door-frame.
The box-shaped door leaf is
a multilayered construction that consists of 2 steel sheets, each
by the thickness of 1,5 mm. The cavity between these layers is filled
with thermoresistant materials, encapsulants and stiffening plates.
Such doors are equipped with "KALE" locks (Turkey).
Fire-resistant doors are painted
by powder polymeric paints and have attractive outward appearance.
Metallic anti-break-in fire-resistant
doors have successfully passed the certification and meet the requirements
presented in SNB 2.02.01-98 and TU Republic of Belarus 14547357
003-99 w/changes in ¹ 04-03 standards.
Company received conformity
certificates for the products based on its metallic anti-break-in
fire-resistant doors.
