| This
type of safes is intended for the storage of stocks of materials
and capital equipment in apartments, cottages, hotels, offices,
etc. Such safes can be concreted into the ground or installed
into the walls of building structures.
Design
Safe’s body is a single-layered
steel construction. Access to side faces of the safe is protected
by the design of walls or floor and concrete that fills free
spaces of the created niche.
Internal door hinges allow a door to be opened by 90 degrees.
The door is fixed in the body by 2 mobile girth rails, the
locking mechanism is fixed by seven-level lock with the key
that has a double bit. Over-all thickness of the door is 60
mm.
Manual for the installation
of built-in safe

The deepening
in the wall that will be used for the embedding of the safe
should be done in such a way that the gap between its side
faces and walls would be not less than 100 mm.
The safe
is placed into prepared deepening, then it should be leveled
and fixed, for example with the help of wedges.
Safe's
position is checked by level: the door shouldn't neither open
nor close spontaneously.
After above-mentioned
steps are fulfilled a free space between side faces of the
safe and a wall should be filled with concrete or a cement
solution.
ATTENTION!
While proceeding installation steps and during 2 days after
cementation is finished the safe should be held closed.
In the
case of moist walls or at the embedding of the safe into a
wall that separates two rooms with different temperature conditions
in order to avoid the contact between it and humid environment
and prevent the formation of condensate inside the safe it
should be heat-isolated and waterproofed.
