Europallet racks are
used in the most warehouse squares for the placement and supply
of goods.
Their application is the most effective where a big assortment of
goods is present and when it is necessary to ship the required pallet
quickly. These racks are universal in the application because they
can be used not only for the storage of cargoes in europallets,
but also in containers of various modifications and sizes and also
on different floorings such as metallic, mesh and plywood ones.
All the elements of racks are equipped
with wedge-fixed hooks that considerably accelarates mounting and
dismounting. Additionally racks are equipped with fixing arms that
protect longitudinal girders from being beat out by the guides of
a lift truck. Formation of rack lines is not limited by length.
Reinstallation of longitudinal beams is carried out with the step
of 50 mm. The height of props of a rack is limited at 12000 mm.
High-strength props and longitudinal griders allow to bear up to
9000 kg per one rack deck.
On request racks can be equipped with:
· Fenders for the
protection of racks from occasional head-on done by lift truck
· Floorings for
rack's lower decks
Rack design allows to fasten girders on
one prop from both sides. If it is necessary to arrange two groups
of racks in one group a link is used to connect parallelly standing
racks.
